‘For me most of ACCA value is in a professional knowledge that I gained when I was preparing for my exams. I am surprised how often I find useful even studies of English law and English taxation, two subjects I considered would be needed just to pass the exams. Also, ACCA is a professional qualification recognized in many countries all over the world. Originally being from Lithuania, I worked for two years in the UK and for one year in Russia, in both cases ACCA qualification was of major importance to my employers. And last but not least, ACCA is a social network with regular technical and social events.’ |
